Sydney Baron (they/them) is a 20 year old student activist and climate justice organizer with a strong focus on racial justice intersections. They are a junior at Muhlenberg College studying biology with a sustainability studies minor. Sydney is a hub coordinator for the Sunrise Movement as well as the social media team lead for the College Climate Coalition, a growing global network of collegiate climate justice organizations. They also work closely with other student activists at Muhlenberg College on institutional level racial justice reforms. As an organizer, Sydney is passionate about the Green New Deal and collective liberation through eco socialism. In their free time, Sydney loves to sing, play the guitar and create art.
